I ALWAYS have to eat a FP snack to make it through the 3 hours so I can go back to my S meals. I like the food, but not what they do to my physically. When I eat S meals I am full longer and I feel energized. I eat E meals and I am ready for a nap and I am so tired. Why do you hate them? My favo...I love my E meals. Why do you hate them? My favorites are the THM pancakes, Sweet Cinnamon Quinoa, Oatmeal (though I don't eat that very often), The Egg Mug and Toast breakfast, Sweet Potato and Salmon, Nicey Ricey salad with canned tuna and quinoa....to name a few. <br /><br />Looks like you have some good choices here.
