Mediterranean Tuesday:
Breakfast: Scrambled Eggs THM S 

Asian Wednesday:
Breakfast: Muffins and smoothie - THM S  with strawberries  
Lunch:  Indian Spinach Soup - THM E
Supper:  Asian Salad with Eggroll in a Bowl - THM S

Italian Thursday:
Breakfast: Breakfast sandwiches - THM S with low carb tortillas or Bread in a bowl
Lunch: Zuppa Toscana THM S - Sub out potatoes for turnips or radishes
Supper:  Spaghetti with Olive Garden Salad - THM S. sub out on plan sugar and leave off the bread crumbs.

American Friday:
Breakfast: Pancakes/Waffles - Pumpkin Waffles -THM S
Lunch:  Loaded Creamy Tomato Soup - THM S with Cheese Sandwich
Supper: Cheeseburger Skillet- THM S

Tex Mex Saturday
Breakfast: Quiche - THM S
Lunch:  - Green Gumbo - THM S - sub out flour and use Gluc instead
Supper: Tacos - THM S

Restful Sunday:
Breakfast: Pumpkin Rolls - THM S - I use Gwens recipe for syrup
Lunch: Beans, salsa, and cottage cheese - THM E
Supper:   Pizza -THM S and Seven Layer Salad - THM S sub Truvia for Sugar.

Memorize Psalm 37 - Verse 2-4
Read a Proverbs every day
Write outline for my book
Organize my pictures - 1 year
Upload pictures for printing - delete pictures that are un-usable-1 year.
Complete 1 sewing/craft project.- Aprons/bibs with my daughter
Pick 1 Kindle devotional book for next month.



Marriage
Strive for 2 dates a month
Pray together for the kids
Listen/Read through the Bible in a year 



Children/Homeschooling
Do 1 fun outing/activity per month?
Teach one child a new recipe he can make on their own
Establish game night 
Teach my daughter to sew a apron/bib and a bag.
Print out week school schedule for EACH child.

Ministry/Family 
Write a "love" note each week
Visit Grandpa once a month
Help or serve someone in the community or church
Call/Talk to my brother once a week.
