THM Menu December 20 - 26, 2015

It's Christmas already. Are you ready? How many of you made on-plan Christmas cookies? I made a new one this year. I still need to finish the up with some chocolate drizzle. ;-)

Supper: Mexican Coleslaw and Bean Burritoes E 

Italian Tuesday:
Breakfast: Breakfast sandwiches - THM S with low carb tortillas or Bread in a bowl
Lunch: Zuppa Toscana THM S - Sub out potatoes for turnips or radishes
Supper:  Spaghetti Alfredo, chicken, and broccoli - with Olive Garden Salad - THM S. sub out on plan sugar and leave off the bread crumbs.

German Wednesday:
Breakfast: German Chocolate Muffins - THM S 
Lunch:  German Lentil Soup -THm S


Mediterranean Thursday:
Breakfast: Scrambled Eggs THM S 
Supper:- Greek Salad - Beef Gyros -THM S

THM Menu for November 29 - December 5, 2015

Been a busy week and I am ready to dive back into "normal" life this week. My kitchen should be more functional this week so I can go back to cooking normally. I miss having a kitchen sink the most. Not having everything steps away is hard, but NOT as frustrating as no running water or counter tops or table. I am really enjoying my new floor. :-)
