Monday:
Breakfast: Oatmeal with Bananas - Sub with Almond milk and Truvia -THM E
Lunch: Creamy "Potato" Soup - THM S
Supper: Sweet and Sour Meatballs - THM E using Gluc instead of cornstarch, pineapple extract and NO juice, THM brown sugar, Riced Cauliflower instead of rice, and use low fat Turkey to make these meatballs with oatmeal instead of bread crumbs
 
Tuesday:
Breakfast: Smoothie - Keifer with bananas - THM-E
Lunch:  Egg boiled/salad - THM S 
Supper: Supper Out

Wednesday:
Breakfast:  Fried or scrambled eggs - THM S
Lunch: Leftovers

Thursday:
Breakfast: Coco Caramel Crunch Cereal - THM
Lunch: Broccoli and Cheese Soup - THM S
 
Friday:
Breakfast: Chocolate Blender Muffins - THM E
Lunch: -Tacos - ground beef with this taco seasoning - THM S 
Supper: Fish and - Green Bean Fries -THM S

Saturday
Breakfast:  -Hot Apple Pie Pancakes - with oat flour - with Yogurt THM E
Lunch:  - Tomato Dumplings and Baking Blend Mix for the dumplings - THM S
Supper:  - Cilantro Lime Chicken - THM S

Restful Sunday:
Breakfast: Cinnamon Rolls with Yogurt -THM E
Lunch: Pizza -THM S and Seven Layer Salad - THM S sub Truvia for Sugar
Supper: Eggroll in a Bowl - THM FP

I'm on a Mexican kick again. I could live on Mexican. So here is my next offering....

If you want to get something premade I recommend the Low Carb Tortillas  and/or Joseph's Pitas or Lavish bread.

I make my menu to serve 6-8 people.  Most of the recipes are doubled.

THM Menu July 13 - 19th, 2015

Another busy week....

Monday:
Breakfast: Zucchini Muffins - THM S - I use  THM Baking blend to make these instead of the flour
Lunch: Creamy "Potato" Soup - THM S
Supper: Turkey, Carrot, and Zucchini Meatballs - THM E - Use oatmeal instead of the bread crumbs, Almond milk instead of milk, and I use Truvia etc instead of sugar. - Serve over cabbage OR dreamfields

Tuesday:
Breakfast: Fruity Breakfast Burritos - THM S - I used Vanilla Triple Zero yogurt & low carb tortillas
Lunch: Boiled Eggs and celery sticks - THM S
Supper: Parmesan Curry Chicken Fingers - THM S serve with Cauliflower rice


Wednesday:
Breakfast: Sausage and Pancake Balls - THM S - I used leftover THM pancakes recipe here - and then used this THM Syrup recipe in place of syrup.
Lunch: Broccoli and Cheese Soup - THM S
Supper: Bean and Cheese Burritos - THM E - I don't use the CO and I add VERY little cheese to each one and also make it on a low carb tortilla

Thursday:
Breakfast: Frozen Yogurt Fruit Cups - THM E - I used pineapple OR bananas or small portions of each with Triple Zero vanilla yogurt
Lunch: THM Shake and Bake - THM S and steamed broccoli
Supper: Threaded Spaghetti Hot Dog Bites - THM S - I used Dreamfields Pasta with peas

Friday:
Breakfast: Chocolate Waffles with Raspberry Sauce - THM S - Use Baking Blend in place of flour, and I made a Raspberry sauce using this recipe, just using raspberries instead.
Lunch: Tacos - ground beef with this taco seasoning - THM S 
Supper: Fish and - Green Bean Fries -THM S

Saturday
Breakfast: Smoothie - Keifer with bananas - THM-E
Lunch:  - Tomato Dumplings and Baking Blend for the dumplings - THM S
Supper:  - Cilantro Lime Chicken - THM E
Restful Sunday:
Breakfast: Cinnamon Rolls  THM E
Lunch: Pizza -THM S and Seven Layer Salad - THM S sub Truvia for Sugar
Supper: Eggroll in a Bowl - THM FP
