Supper: BBQ Pulled Pork - THM S

Supper: Bacon Wrapped Chicken -THM S
Thursday:
Breakfast: Coco Caramel Crunch Cereal - THM
Lunch: Broccoli and Cheese Soup - THM S
Supper:Sweet and Sour Meatballs - THM E using Gluc instead of cornstarch, pineapple extract and NO
juice, THM brown sugar, Riced Cauliflower instead of rice, and use low
fat Turkey to make these meatballs with oatmeal instead of bread crumbs
Friday:
Breakfast: Chocolate Blender Muffins - THM E
Lunch: -Tacos - ground beef with this taco seasoning - THM S
Supper: Fish and - Green Bean Fries -THM S
Saturday
Breakfast: Ham Quiche Cups - THM S
Lunch: - Mexican Bean Soup - THM E
Supper: - Cilantro Lime Chicken - THM S

ReplyDeleteI just recently found your blog and as well, am not familiar with THM. I noticed that at the end of some of the menu items, it says "THM" then some other initials such as S, E, etc. Could you please enlighten me as to what these mean? Thanks!
ReplyDeleteTHM means Trim Healthy Mama. An eating style. The letters are the meal styles. ;-)
