Supper: Broccoli with Alfredo and “noodles”

Thursday:
Breakfast: Cereal - Uncle Sam's Cereal
Lunch: Colorful Lentil Salad - THM E
Supper: Sweet and Sour Chicken - THM E - using Gluc instead of cornstarch, pineapple extract and NO juice, THM brown sugar, Riced Cauliflower instead of rice, and use low fat Turkey to make these meatballs with oatmeal instead of bread crumbs.

Friday:
Breakfast:  Blueberry Muffins - THM S
Lunch: Chicken Cobb Salad with Rubens - THM S
Supper: Fish and - Green Bean Fries -THM S

Saturday:
Breakfast: Ham Quiche Cups - THM S
Lunch: Bagel Dogs with celery and carrots.
Supper: Tacos

Sunday:
Breakfast: Cinnamon Rolls  THM E
Lunch: Pizza -THM S and Seven Layer Salad - THM S sub Truvia for Sugar
Supper: Eggroll in a Bowl - THM FP
