Michelle's Simple Mini Qiche
On today's menu was quiche for breakfast. We all slept in due to one of the little ones not feeling well. So instead of a normal quiche I made the mini crust less variety.
The recipe is VERY simple
Michelle's Simple Mini Quiche
Serves: 18
1 dozen eggs
1 onion chopped
1 cup cheese
1/2 cup milk
2 TBSP butter
salt and pepper to taste
I used silicon muffin "tins" for my mini quiche. That means no liners and the quiches DO NOT stick.
Mix all but the cheese, all together in the bowl. Divide into 18 muffin forms. Sprinkle with the cheese.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until cheese is brown.
