I took an un-expected break. My computer cord died so I had to wait to get another one. So now that my cord is here I can start back up. If you are familiar with the Trim Healthy Mama plan, my meals, unless marked, all fit in the S eating plan. So far the E eating plan and I don't agree. LOL!
