Supper: Baked Chicken -THM S p.

Breakfast: Scrambled Eggs THM S

Supper: Pesto Spaghetti - THM S - in freezer so no recipe sorry

Supper: Bierocks using Gwen's Bread recipe, cottage cheese instead of cheese- THM E
