THM menu for July 24 - 30, 2017


My garden is very abundant. Now the key it so use it up!  I am subbing the sugar/maple syrup for Pyure and flour for THM baking blend.  I also make myself a gallon of GGMS with True Lime I found at the local Dollar Tree.


Breakfast:
Peaches and Cream Overnight Oatmeal - THM E
Overnight Raspberry Oatmeal - THM E - I am going to use almond milk instead of coconut milk
Zucchini Patties - THM S
Zucchini Chard Muffins - THM S
Broiled Veggies with Eggs - THM S

Lunch:
Polish Pickle Soup - THM S
Cabbage Borsht - THM S
Chicken Cucumber Salad - THM S
Summer Vegetarian Soup THM E
Roasted Beet and Cucumber Salad - THM E

Supper:
Gnocchi with Swiss Chard - THM S
Turkey Burger with Cloud Bread with  Slaw  - THM S
Tacos with Taco Slaw - THM S
Caribbean Chicken with Black Bean, Kale, and Pineapple Salad - THM E - reduce oil
Stuffed Chicken Meal - THM E - reduce oil
Ukrainian Beet Green Rolls - THM S - sub cauliflower rice for rice.
Zucchini Pizza Casserole - THM S

Snack:
Lemon Zucchini Muffins - THM S - I am going to make them into muffins
