Last week I didn't make as many things as I wanted to. So here is to a NEW week and finishing up what I didn't make last week.

Overnight Raspberry Oatmeal - THM E - I am going to use almond milk instead of coconut milk


Lunch:

Summer Vegetarian Soup THM E
Polish Pickle Soup - THM S
Roasted Beet and Cucumber Salad - THM E
Leftovers


Supper:

Ukrainian Beet Green Rolls - THM S - sub cauliflower rice for rice.
Tacos with Taco Slaw - THM S
Caribbean Chicken with Black Bean, Kale, and Pineapple Salad - THM E - reduce oil
Zucchini Pizza Casserole - THM S
