THM Menu for November 27 - December 3, 2017

Thanksgiving weekend FLEW by for me. How about you? Here's my menu for the week. I'm off to get it prepped and ready to go. I am participating in a 10 Day THM Challenge on IG. Come join us. Today is the first one!

Breakfast:
Pumpkin Concrete Mixer - THM S - going to use Kefir instead of cream cheese/milk.
Raspberry Ricotta Breakfast Cake - THM S from EKK
Cranberry, Kvass, Spinach, and Orange Kefir - THM E

Lunch:
Ham and Bean Soup - THM S sub out potatoes with cauliflower
Taco Soup - THM S
Pear Waldorf Salad - THM E

Supper:
Cheeseburger Skillet - THM S
Cilantro Lime Chicken Meal - THM E
Cheesy Buffalo Chicken Pasta - THM S - going to use glucci to thicken and use over spaghetti squash instead of pasta noodles.
Sweet Potato Bar - THM E

Snacks:
Pumpkin Donuts - THM S
Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies - THM S
Chocolate Pecan Pie Muffins - THM S
