Menu for June 22-27, 2014
Summer is FINALLY here is WI and that means CSA. I am planning my menu around my CSA share. This is what is in our box THIS week. Thanks to Good Earth Farm for the delicious vegetables and the picture. :-)
Sunday:

Breakfast: Cinnamon Rolls with Gwen's Bread recipe. Use Truvia and cinnamon for filling with cream cheese and Truvia frosting. Also eat with with Apple Cinnamon p.250 -THM E
Lunch: Beans with cottage cheese, salsa, greens, garlic etc. THM E
Supper: Pizza -THM S
Monday:
Breakfast: Oatmeal - THM E
Lunch: Hot Dogs :-)
Supper: Baked Chicken-THM S p. and Loaded Cauliflower - I am using the turnips from CSA
Tuesday:
Breakfast: Scrambled Eggs THM S
Lunch: left overs with 7 Layer Salad - with CSA lettuce
Wednesday:
Breakfast: Muffins
Lunch: Picnic - Boiled Eggs with cucumbers, celery, and dip
Supper: Pesto Spaghetti - THM S - in freezer so no recipe. I used CSA left over basil and garlic.
Thursday:
Breakfast: Breakfast sandwiches - THM S with low carb tortillas or Bread in a bowl
Lunch: left overs with Tomato, Cucumber, and Onion Salad

Supper: Chicken Curry with Cabbage THM E
Friday:
Breakfast: Pancakes/Waffles - Pumpkin Waffles -THM S
Lunch: Bok Choy Salad - THM S
Lunch: Supper: Bacon Wrapped Chicken - THM S
Saturday
Breakfast: Quiche - THM S
Lunch: Left overs with Reuben Salad - skip croutons - THM S
