I am switching a few things up because I know there are a few days I am not going to be able to make things and I KNOW I will use leftovers etc.

Lunch: Beans with cottage cheese and salsa THM E

Monday:
Breakfast: Oatmeal - THM E
Lunch: Birthday!
Supper: Baked Chicken-THM S p. and Loaded Cauliflower
Tuesday:
Breakfast: Scrambled Eggs THM S
Lunch: Cabbage Borscht - THM S Sub turnips for potatoes and tomato sauce for tomato soup.
Supper: Pollo al LaCrema THM S
Wednesday:
Breakfast: Muffins
Lunch: Picnic - Boiled Eggs with cucumbers, celery, and dip
Supper: Pesto Spaghetti - THM S - in freezer so no recipe sorry with green beans
Thursday:
Breakfast: Breakfast sandwiches - THM S with low carb tortillas or Bread in a bowl
Lunch: Split Pea THM E

Breakfast: Pancakes/Waffles - Pumpkin Waffles -THM S
Lunch: Cucumber, Cabbage, and Celery Salad - THM S
Lunch: Supper: Bierocks using Gwen's Bread recipe, cottage cheese instead of cheese- THM E

Lunch: Eggroll in a Bowl THM S
