THM Menu for October 25 - 31st, 2015

I'm so sad that my favorite month is almost over. I LOVE and adore October. The colors, flavors, and weather are just amazing. Not sure how READY I am for Thanksgiving.  I just completed my THM OAMC Crock Pot Session 13 this weekend so I am set for the next 6 weeks as we attack our kitchen redo.

Breakfast: Vanilla Yogurt- THM S
Lunch: Beans, Salsa, Greens, onions, cottage cheese, etc - THM E
Supper: Leftovers

Breakfast: Overnight Apple Pie Oatmeal - THM E
Lunch: Leftovers or Burritos - THM E
Crock Pot Barbacoa Chipotle Beef-  with Broccoli -THM S

Breakfast:Breakfast Ham Cups - THM S 

Lunch: Mexican Bean Soup - THM E
Supper: Meatballs -
I used oatmeal instead of breadcrumbs and Crock Pot Spaghetti Squash with Green Beans - THM S

Breakfast: Banana Kefir Smoothie - THM E
Lunch: Leftovers
Supper: Chicken Pot Pie - THM S I used this recipe for the pie crusts and I used Xanthum Gum for thickening.

Breakfast: Kefir Smoothie with Blueberries - THM S
Lunch: Leftovers
Supper:  Tacos/Nachos with lettuce, salsa, sour cream, and shredded cheese THM S

Fish Friday
Breakfast: Pancakes THM S
Lunch: PB&J or leftovers - THM S
Supper: Fish and Green Bean Fries - THM S

Breakfast: Frittata - THM S
Lunch: Reubens and cucumbers - THM S
Pizza - THM S and Seven Layer Salad - THM S sub Truvia for Sugar
