I'm so sad that my favorite month is almost over. I LOVE and adore October. The colors, flavors, and weather are just amazing. Not sure how READY I am for Thanksgiving. I just completed my THM OAMC Crock Pot Session 13 this weekend so I am set for the next 6 weeks as we attack our kitchen redo.

Supper: Meatballs -I used oatmeal instead of breadcrumbs and Crock Pot Spaghetti Squash with Green Beans - THM S

Breakfast: Banana Kefir Smoothie - THM E

Supper: Chicken Pot Pie - THM S I used this recipe for the pie crusts and I used Xanthum Gum for thickening.
