THM Menu for October 18 - 24, 2015

Another week of my FAVORITE month of the year. So thankful for October. Its so pretty here in the Midwest. You can't beat fall for color here.  The meal that we enjoyed the most last week was Ham and Green Bean Soup.  I think we may have to add it to our weekly menu.

Sunday
Breakfast: Vanilla Yogurt- THM S
Lunch: Beans, Salsa, Greens, onions, cottage cheese, etc - THM E
Supper: Pizza - THM S and Seven Layer Salad - THM S sub Truvia for Sugar

Monday
Breakfast: Overnight Apple Pie Oatmeal - THM E
Lunch: Leftovers or Burritos - THM E with cucumbers
Supper: Simple Garlic and Herb Drumsticks with Broccoli - THM S


Tuesday
Breakfast:Breakfast Ham Cups - THM S 

Lunch: Leftovers or Quesadillas with Beet Greens - THM S
Supper: Italian Chicken Bake - THM S

Wednesday
Breakfast: Banana Kefir Smoothie - THM E
Lunch: Leftovers
Supper: Cajun Stuffed Chicken - THM S


Thursday
Breakfast: Kefir Smoothie with Blueberries - THM S
Lunch: Leftovers
Supper:  Tacos/Nachos with lettuce, salsa, sour cream, and shredded cheese THM S

Fish Friday
Breakfast: Pancakes THM S
Lunch: PB&J or leftovers - THM S
Supper: Fish and Green Bean Fries - THM S


Saturday
Breakfast: Frittata - THM S
Lunch: Reubens and cucumbers - THM S
Supper: 
Crockpot Chicken Philly Cheesesteak - THM S with green beans
