THM Menu for August 21 - 27th, 2017
Thanks for sticking with me and visiting my blog. I am enjoying getting back into the grove of writing up my menus and sharing them. I eat better because I plan. How about you?
Breakfast:
Peach Cobbler - THM E with vanilla greek yogurt
Peach Smoothie - THM E with yogurt/kefir and Almond Milk
Peach Spice Overnight Oatmeal - THM E - I am using yogurt with Almond Milk for protein.
Lunch:
Carrot and Sweet Potato Chili - THM E - rinse beef
Broccoli and Cheese Soup THM S
Chicken with Creamy Dill - THM E or FP
Supper:
Cheesy Buffalo Chicken "pasta" - THM S - going to use glucci to thicken and zucchini noodles
BBQ Chicken - THM E
Spinach Artichoke Chicken - THM S
Chicken Marsala - THM E
Zucchini Pizza Casserole - THM S
Snack:
Lemon Zucchini Muffins - THM S - I am going to make them into muffins
