Surviving the summer heat while on THM using the THM Cookbook


I don't know about you, but its pretty warm here right now.  Just the thought of using the oven etc is making me drip with sweat!  Every year I go through this fight with myself to remember, I can eat THM without roasting myself out of the house... with no central air it gets pretty warm here in the Midwest.

FYI all the suggestions are going to be from the THM Cookbook since I am cooking through the book right now.
