  1. Great ideas! Can you tell me, what does the THM stand for? I see it referenced in many places with various other letters behind it. I've looked elsewhere on your blog and can't seem to find it defined anywhere. Thanks!

  2. THM=Trim Healthy Mama. The letters E and S are the style of meal that goes with that eating style. For more information this site might be helpful... http://www.trimhealthymama.com/

  4. Hi- I came across your blog from the Trim Healthy Mama Facebook group. I have tried to start this THM with little to no success, I have read the book twice over and several chapters more than that. I see that you are part of Good Earth Farms which means we probably are not far apart in location. Do you facebook, would you be willing to connect with me and help me get motivated on this plan?

    1. There is a local THM group in the Fox Valley group. They would be more helpful then I can at this point. I post my menus weekly if you want to follow my blog. I used a file in the main group called Building Blocks that really helped me get the meals straight. Please check it out.
