THM Menu for September 15--21st, 2014

Mexican Monday:
Breakfast: Oatmeal - THM E
Lunch: Mexican Coleslaw and Burrito in a Bowl THM S or E 
Supper: Chicken and Red Bean Enchiladas - S use on plan tortillas and fewer beans. With Sweet corn for the children. :-) 

Mediterranean Tuesday:
Breakfast: Scrambled Eggs THM S 
Supper: Beef and Eggplant - THM S

Asian Wednesday:
Breakfast: Muffins and smoothie - THM S  with strawberries  
Lunch:  Eggroll in a Bowl - THM S
Supper:  Asian Salad with Chicken Lettuce Wraps - THM S

Italian Thursday:
Breakfast: Breakfast sandwiches - THM S with low carb tortillas or Bread in a bowl
Lunch: Eggplant Sandwich - I want to use Zucchini instead  Loaded Cauliflower THM S
Supper:  Spaghetti with Green Beans - THM E

American Friday:
Breakfast: Pancakes/Waffles - Pumpkin Waffles -THM S
Lunch: Hot Dogs - Chili Dogs with Squash Fries - THM S
Supper: Cheeseburger skillet THM S

Tex Mex Saturday
Breakfast: Quiche - THM S
Lunch: Atomic Jalapeno Poppers - THM S
Supper:Tacos - THM S

Restful Sunday:
Breakfast: Cinnamon Rolls with Gwen's Bread recipe. Use Truvia and cinnamon for filling with cream cheese and Truvia frosting. Also eat with with Apple Cinnamon p.250 -THM E  
Lunch: Beans, salsa, and cottage cheese - THM E
Supper:   Pizza -THM S and Seven Layer Salad - THM S sub Truvia for Sugar.
