THM OAMC Session #3 Shopping List

Meat
7lb ground beef, browned and drained 
14 large chicken breasts, deboned and skinned
9 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
2 lb. sausage, browned
2 links chorizo, removed from the skin and crumbled
24 oz. pork loin
48 slices of bacon
48 little smokies (I have also just used regular hot dogs and cut them into 4 pieces)


Dairy and Cheese
2 containers of ricotta cheese
2 cups ricotta cheese
2 cups of cottage cheese
1 cup parmesan cheese
3 cups Shredded cheese - I use Italian Blend or Motz
6 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
5 cups cheddar cheese
12 oz. Monterrey Jack cheese, shredded
1 2/3 c. heavy cream
1/2 c sour cream
2 - 8 ounce pkgs cream cheese
1 cup butter


Veggies and Fruits
4 medium summer squash, sliced and cooked
2 medium zucchini, sliced and cooked
2 pounds cauliflower
1 medium head cauliflower, washed and cut in florets
3 lb. fresh mushrooms sliced thick
4 cups fresh mushrooms, diced
32 oz (2lb) bag of frozen broccoli
4 med onion diced (about 2 cup)
8 large green onions, chopped
6 cups chopped red onions
10 large cloves garlic, minced
1 1/3 cup carrots, chopped
10 stalks celery, chopped
3 cups chopped red, yellow and orange peppers
24 jalapenos OR those small regular peppers if you aren't into the spicy stuff
1 c. red bell pepper, chopped
4 bunches of cilantro chopped
12 oz. fresh spinach (6-8 oz. if using frozen)
2 cup frozen peas
2 limes for zest and juice



Condiments and Spices
1 1/2  cup olive oil
1/2 cup dry minced onion
2 Truvia or other sugar substitute
1 teaspoon garlic salt
salt. to taste 
pepper, to taste
12TBSP & 2 tsp garlic powder
2 cube chicken bouillon (or 1 tsp bouillon powder)
8 Tbsp dried or fresh Parsley
8 tsp cumin
Paprika
cayenne pepper
favorite BBQ rub. I used Cajun spices but taco works too. :-)
2 Tbsp Worcestershire
1tsp xanthan gum or glucomannan (if needed to thicken) 

Sauces and Canned items
2 cup mayonnaise
2 cans of black beans - drained
2 T. white wine (optional) or chicken broth
1/2 c. chicken broth
1 cup GF vegetable or beef broth
1 tsp organic GF soy sauce (optional
32 oz spaghetti sauce (this is the corrected amount)
1/2 cup tomato paste
1 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1 bottle your favorite BBQ sauce
2 jar of salsa with no sugar 
Misc items
4 large egg, beaten
2 lg zucchini OR 2 boxes lasagna noodles 
If  you are using Zucchini you will need -1/2 cup oil (butter) and 2 cloves of garlic
4 cups cooked brown rice- I boiled mine in chicken stock for added flavor


The shopping list all ready for you. This will be enough for 20 meals. 10 meals doubled. Here is a link the recipes for your viewing pleasure.  I will also include a prep list as soon as I get it together. :-)
