Breakfast: Oatmeal with Bananas - Sub with Almond milk and Truvia -THM E
Lunch: Egg boiled/salad - THM S
Supper: Supper Out

Breakfast: Smoothie - Keifer with bananas - THM-E
Lunch:   Coney Island Casserole - THM S
Supper: BBQ Pulled Pork - THM S

Breakfast:  Fried or scrambled eggs - THM S
Lunch: Leftovers
Supper: Bacon Wrapped Chicken -THM S

Breakfast: Coco Caramel Crunch Cereal - THM
Lunch: Broccoli and Cheese Soup - THM S
Supper:Sweet and Sour Meatballs - THM E using Gluc instead of cornstarch, pineapple extract and NO juice, THM brown sugar, Riced Cauliflower instead of rice, and use low fat Turkey to make these meatballs with oatmeal instead of bread crumbs
Breakfast: Chocolate Blender Muffins - THM E
Lunch: -Tacos - ground beef with this taco seasoning - THM S 
Supper: Fish and - Green Bean Fries -THM S
