THM Menu for August 31st - Sept 6th, 2015

Monday:
Breakfast: Oatmeal with Bananas - Sub with Almond milk and Truvia -THM E
Supper: Lime Shredded Pork with Squash- THM S

Tuesday:
Breakfast: Keifer with bananas - THM-E
Lunch:   Egg boiled/salad - THM S
Supper: Cranberry Chicken with Broccoli - THM S, I replace the cranberry sauce with cranberries, gluccie, and some sweetener

Wednesday:
Breakfast:  Fried or scrambled eggs - THM S
Lunch: Leftovers
Supper: Beef Roast with Carrots - THM S - I tend to give most of the carrots to my children

Thursday:
Breakfast:  Peaches with cottage cheese - THM-E
Lunch: -Eggroll in a Bowl- THM S
Supper:  Apricot Ginger Chicken with Green Beans - THM E - I used apricots, sweetener, and glucci in place of the jelly.

Friday:
Breakfast: - Fluffy Pancakes- THM S
Lunch: - leftovers
Supper: Fish and - Green Bean Fries -THM S

Saturday
Breakfast:  Quiche - THM S - I skip the crust
Lunch:  -Beans, Salsa, Greens, and cottage Cheese -THM E
Supper:  -  Tacos - ground beef with this taco seasoning - THM S

Restful Sunday:
Breakfast: Cinnamon Rolls with Yogurt -THM E
Lunch: Pizza -THM S and Seven Layer Salad - THM S sub Truvia for Sugar
Supper: Leftovers
