Book Review:Eat Sleep Move

I am so glad there are more books out there to motive me to MOVE. The past few books that have been motivating have put an emphasis on sleep. I think I will be trying to get MORE of it. I enjoy reading books like this that help keep me motivated to keep going. Not get discouraged when I fall down. To get BACK UP and moving.
