Wednesday:
Lunch: Egg boiled/salad - THM S
Supper: Beans and Sausage Casserole - THM E
Wednesday:
Breakfast: Chocolate Blender Muffins - THM E
Lunch: White Gazpacho - THM S
Thursday:
Breakfast: Fried or scrambled eggs - THM S
Lunch: Broccoli and Cheese Soup - THM S
Supper:Sweet and Sour Meatballs - THM E using Gluc instead of cornstarch, pineapple extract and NO
juice, THM brown sugar, Riced Cauliflower instead of rice, and use low
fat Turkey to make these meatballs with oatmeal instead of bread crumbs.

Lunch: - Tomato Dumplings and Baking Blend Mix for the dumplings - THM S
Supper: Fish and - Green Bean Fries -THM S
Saturday
