THM Crock Pot Session 2 Shopping List



Meat
14 lbs ground beef cooked - fat drained
1 pkg turkey pepperoni
8 chicken thighs
12-14 chicken drumsticks
54 chicken breasts - 28 pounds of chicken

Canned Goods
2 jars sugar free (16 ounces) Pizza or Pasta Sauce - I like to use Classico Roasted Garlic
16 ounces tomato sauce
4 can Rotel tomatoes with chilies
2 cups Franks Hot Wing Sauce
4 jars no sugar salsa
2 jars chilies or jalapenos
2 cans light coconut milk
2 jars red or green curry paste
4 cans tomatoes
5 - 12+ ounces chicken broth
16 ounces tomato paste

Fresh or frozen vegetables
6 green peppers - chopped
1 large can olives sliced
9 large onion chopped.
2 large cabbages - you will need 28 cabbages leaves PLUS shred the rest of the cabbages for another dish
1-2 bunch broccoli
1-2 head of cauliflower
2 pounds green beans
4 pkg of frozen spinach or 2 pkg fresh spinach
5 onions - sliced

Dairy etc
4 eggs
5 pkg cream cheese
6 cups grated cheese - Motz
1 cup butter

Beans and Rice
3 cups Brown rice
2 cans or cooked from dry -chick peas
2 cans or cooked from dry - black beans

Spices etc
salt
pepper
Worcester sauce
chili powder
onion powder
creole seasoning
cayenne pepper
Glucci for thickener only ?
Italian seasoning
Coconut oil
4 pkg knox gelatin
Balsamic vinegar

  1. What are the chick peas, canned chiles, green beans, extra 2 cans of Rotel tomatoes, and extra ground beef for? Just finished session 2 and had these leftover....a bit puzzled. Missing recipe?
