THM Crock Pot Cooking Session 2 Prep List

This is a small list compared to my LASTS one. WOW!

14 lbs ground beef cooked - fat drained - be sure to add onions etc for extra flavor for cabbage rolls.

6 green peppers - chopped
2 large can olives -  sliced if you buy whole
9 large onion chopped.
2 large cabbages - you will need 28 cabbages leaves steamed until soft - PLUS shred the rest of the cabbages for another dish
1-2 bunch broccoli - chopped
1-2 head of cauliflower - chopped
5 onions - sliced

2 cans or cooked from dry -chick peas  - soak and cook if you choose to do dry
2 cans or cooked from dry - black beans  - soak and cook if you choose to do dry

  2. Thank you for doing this! I bought all the stuff for this #2 last night - just checking - you cook all the ground beef before you put in bags to freeze, but the chickens you just leave frozen in the bags right, cuz we bought it that way right?

  3. So you can freeze the steamed cabbage leaves and they come out okay later? And I forgot to add the chopped onions to my burger meat (and whatever else I need) for the cabbage rolls.
