Breakfast: Oatmeal with Bananas - Sub with Almond milk and Truvia -THM E
Lunch: Creamy "Potato" Soup - THM S
Supper: Sweet and Sour Meatballs - THM E using Gluc instead of cornstarch, pineapple extract and NO juice, THM brown sugar, Riced Cauliflower instead of rice, and use low fat Turkey to make these meatballs with oatmeal instead of bread crumbs
Tuesday:
Breakfast: Smoothie - Keifer with bananas - THM-E
Lunch:  Egg boiled/salad - THM S 
Supper: Supper Out

Wednesday:
Breakfast:  Fried or scrambled eggs - THM S
Lunch: Leftovers

Thursday:
Breakfast: Coco Caramel Crunch Cereal - THM
Lunch: Broccoli and Cheese Soup - THM S
 
Friday:
Breakfast: Chocolate Blender Muffins - THM E
Lunch: -Tacos - ground beef with this taco seasoning - THM S 
Supper: Fish and - Green Bean Fries -THM S

Saturday
Breakfast:  -Hot Apple Pie Pancakes - with oat flour - with Yogurt THM E
Lunch:  - Tomato Dumplings and Baking Blend Mix for the dumplings - THM S
Supper:  - Cilantro Lime Chicken - THM S

Restful Sunday:
Breakfast: Cinnamon Rolls with Yogurt -THM E
Lunch: Pizza -THM S and Seven Layer Salad - THM S sub Truvia for Sugar
Supper: Eggroll in a Bowl - THM FP
