My New 2022 Habits Challenge - 100 Days of Trim Healthy Mama Inspiration

Welcome to my 4th year of THM New Habits Challenges. I know I haven't had one since August. I was struggling to the food to keep up with my challenge with my garden so I just let it go until now.  I am going to be doing something NEW. I want to read the One Hundred Days of Inspiration from the Trim Healthy Mama authors. Want to join me?

So, would anyone like to join me?  I am also going to pick 3 things that I want to do, to eat better. You can pick your own if you don't like mine.  I am starting January 3rd until I get the 100 days in .  THM does not manage or endorse this groups content.  I normally only run my challenges for 6-8 weeks. I am changing up the rules this time. I need my habit to REALLY stick 

What my goals are:
- 5-7 Servings of veggies (2 can be fruit) a day
- No cheats! - Eating too much COUNTS as a cheat
- Vitamins. I was doing SO well. Then I stopped. UGH!

If this is something you want to join in and keep me accountable, there are 2 ways to do it. Join my FB challenge group or on IG #THMnewhabitschallenge2022.  If you want to join the group I will expect you to check in weekly with pictures or participating in discussions. I want the group to help keep me be accountable. So if you don't plan to post weekly, the IG challenge might be a better fit.  All you need to "join" is posting a picture of your prepping or meal to keep each other encouraged to keep going.  This group is about building new habits to help us in our journey. If we mess up, that is ok. Just restart again in 3 hours.

Once this challenge is over I will hopefully have 3 new habits along with you! I will have a new set of 3 habits for the next challenge weeks.

This was my last challenge.
- 5-7 Servings of veggies (2 can be fruit) a day
- Exercise (walk or work out) 3 days a week with a Poddy
- 3/4 hour consistent between meals 12 hour fast would be ideal

I did very well with exercise and the Pod cast. I am so glad I started that habit. 

I struggled with the 5-7 servings of veggies etc. UGH. I know this is a problem for me still.

I have been able to consistently do a 12 hour fast EVERY day . I want to get to 18 eventually.
