Delicious Detox was a great read. It was not really something I would normally pick up to read, but I thought, why not. I was pleasantly surprised. Some of the information actually made sense.
So even though this book is not the normal style I read, it did make me think about what I should be eating, and what I need to just let go of. I think some of the ideas are not for me, but I think I might try some of the detox ideas.
