I had 2 cabbages left over from Easter. I was stumped how to use them. So I asked for some help. My friend reminded me of a recipe she had told me about ages ago. It was delicious. So, I am sharing it with you.
Kathy and Angie's Cabbage Stir Fry
1 head of cabbage sliced
2 onions sliced
1 red pepper sliced
3 sausage cooked and sliced into coins
3 TBSP butter
salt and pepper to taste.
Red pepper flakes to taste
Saute onions and peppers in oil until crisp tender. Add sliced cabbage and cook for until desired texture. Salt and Pepper to taste. Mix in sausage. Serve. YUM!
