Cheesy, Spicy Sauced Brussel Sprouts THM S

I think it is HARD to find a good way to eat these tasty morsels without someone turning their nose up at them. I found my favorite way and I want to share it.

Cheesy, Spicy Sauced Brussel Sprouts

Bag of Brussel Sprouts
1/2 cup motz cheese
Baby Ray's Spicy BBQ sauce
3 Garlic, minced
Red Pepper Flakes - optional
Salt N Pepper to taste
Olive Oil to coat

Preheat oven to 350. I cut them in half or sometimes 4 pieces if they are larger in size. Toss Sprouts in a TBSP or so of oil to coat. Lay out on a foil lined pan. Sprinkle with minced garlic, salt N Pepper.  Cook until sprouts are tender. Sprinkle with cheese as soon as they come out of the oven. Let sit for about 5 minutes.   Add Red Pepper Flakes and BBQ sauce to taste. Enjoy.  Serves 2.
