Menu February 9-15, 2014

I didn't do very well, following my menu, but I did make about half of the items on the menu. I think I need to plan for left overs. But I am not good at guessing when we will have left overs.

Sunday:
Breakfast: Cinnamon Rolls with Gwen's Bread recipe. Use Stevia and cinnamon for filling with cream cheese and Stevia frosting. Also eat with with Apple Cinnamon p.250 -THM E  
Lunch: Beans with cottage cheese and salsa THM E
Supper:   Pizza - Spinach Strawberry Salad -THM S

MEXICAN 
Monday:
Breakfast: Oatmeal - THM E
Lunch: Mexican Bean Soup -THM E or Chili - THM S

MEDITERRANEAN
Tuesday:
Breakfast: Scrambled Eggs - THM S
Supper: Slow Cooker Greek Chicken - THM S or Greek Gyros with Gwen's Bread/pitas THM E

ITALIAN
Wednesday:
Breakfast: Breakfast Burritos
Lunch: Potato Soup - Sub turnips for THM -S or Zuppa Toscana - Sub turnips for THM -S 
Supper: Spaghetti with Dreamfields pasta or Chicken Cacciatore with Green Beans

AMERICAN
Thursday:
Breakfast: Smoothie/Yogurt
Lunch: Boiled Egg Sandwiches/wraps with celery

EASTERN
Friday:
Breakfast: Quiche
Lunch: Split Pea or Lentil and Rice Soup - THM E
Supper: Fish with Coleslaw and fries (squash) or Atomic Bombs THM S

SOUTHWESTERN/MEXICAN
Saturday
Breakfast: Pancakes/Waffles - Pumpkin Waffles -THM S
Lunch: Spinach and Garlic Quesadillas - Use Joseph's pitas for tortillas and Green Gumbo THM S
Supper:Tacos
