Egg Waffle Sandwich - THM S



Talk about super easy, that is what this recipe is. I actually stole the "recipe" from a friend. I put 2 eggs with salt and pepper to taste in my waffle iron. I actually tried to do 4. Don't. I had egg EVERYWHERE. Not a good idea. I cut the waffle in half and folded it with 2 slices of turkey lunch meat and some chunks of cheese.  I let it sit a few minutes until the cheese melted. Yum... who says you need LOTS of carbs for a good breakfast sandwich anyway?
