Cheesecake Pie

I have been SO hungry for cheesecake. I was able to whip this up for a midnight snack with my husband.  It was SUPER simple and you can make it quickly with little effort. I used this recipe here

Easy Cheesecake Pie

1 Pillsbury pie crust - bake according to directions.

1 pkg cool whip - thawed

1 pkg cream cheese - softened

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/3 tsp sugar

So I baked the crust...  

 Then mix the cool whip and cream cheese with the vanilla and sugar.  When the crust is cooled put the mixture in the pie shell.

  Cool for about 3 hours. Enjoy. YUM YUM!
