Book Review: The HOW and WOW of Habits

The How and WOW of Habits was a great read. It has been a while since I read a book about habits and schedules. I need to do it more often. It keeps me motivated and encouraged to keep going. The one thing I took away from this book that I hope I can use is to pick your thing to do, that will help you do other things. Make that habit be a spring board for OTHER things you want to get done.   Something I never thought about. A great read. I read it cover to cover in one sitting, which a rarity in a home with 7 children. LOL!
