German Chocolate Muffin
Wisk WELL. Pout into a Large Muffin form. Bake at 350 for 18-20 minutes, or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Frost with 2 TBSP of Greek Yogurt Cream Cheese and 2 tsp Truvia and a dash of vanilla and coconut oil. Sprinkle with MORE shredded coconut and 1 scant tsp of Truvia if desired.

2 TBSP Almond Flour
1 TBSP Chocolate
4 tsp Truvia
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 TBSP Coconut Oil or butter
2 TBSP Shredded Unsweetened Coconut
2 TBSP Pecans
Dash of Almond extract
Dash of Coconut extract
