Menu January 26 - February 2, 2014
Finally taking the time to make a daily menu. I hope I don't regret it. I need to learn how to put links on the side of my blog for the drinks. I use them all the time. Would be nice to have them linked on the side for easy accessibility.
Sunday:
Breakfast: French Toast Casserole (for the children), and Cinnamon Rolls with Gwen's Bread recipe. Use Stevia and cinnamon for filling with cream cheese and Stevia frosting. Also eat with with Apple Cinnamon p.250 -THM E
Lunch: (E) Beans with Cottage Cheese and Salsa THM E
Supper: Pizza - Spinach Strawberry Salad -THM S
Monday:
Breakfast: Muffins/Bread (breadmaker) for Children, Muffins THM S
Lunch: Potato Soup - Sub turnips for THM -S
Supper: Chicken Fajitas THM - S
Tuesday:
Breakfast: Oatmeal/Yogurt - Sub Almond milk for milk and Stevia for Sugar - THM E
Lunch: Chili - THM S
Supper: Mediterranean Beef Bake - THM S
Wednesday:
Breakfast: Scrambled Eggs or Egg Sandwiches - THM S
Lunch: Green Gumbo - Use gluccie for thickener -THM S
Supper: Chicken Roll Ups with corn omitted -THM S
Thursday:
Breakfast: Milk with Cereal or Cookie Bowl Oatmeal in THM FP
Lunch: Loaded Creamy Tomato Soup - THM S
Supper: Eggroll in a Bowl - THM S
Friday:
Breakfast: Waffles - Pumpkin Waffles - THM S
Lunch: Zuppa Toscana - Sub turnips for THM -S
Supper: Slow Cooker Greek Chicken - THM S
Saturday:
Breakfast: Pancakes for the children and Pancakes THM - S
Lunch: Mexican Bean Soup -THM E
