Egg Sandwiches

 This is NOT my recipe.  My husband makes the BEST Egg sandwiches in the world. He made them for me a few days ago and I decided to do some bragging on my chef.

He starts out my booking the eggs in his FAVORITE pan with olive oil.  Then cheese. He usually has Colby cheese. YUM.  2 slices of bread and some bologna make it perfect. He slathers on some Mayo and mustard for good measure.

Jealous??? This is one of the best sandwiches ever.  I had it on Rye bread this time. First time ever. It is a GREAT addition to the PERFECT sandwich.
